Can I change my order after placing it?

Within 12 hours of ordering, yes — email us and we will amend or cancel it. After that your order may already be in preparation, and once shipped it cannot be changed.

How do I know my order was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email within one hour. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Our collections are produced in limited runs. Some pieces return, many do not. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is planned.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size?

Each product page carries a size guide with garment measurements. If you are between sizes, or unsure how a piece is cut, email us your measurements and we will help.

Can I have a piece altered?

We offer alterations on selected styles for customers in Vietnam. Please contact us before ordering. Altered pieces are not eligible for return.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is complimentary on every domestic order, with no minimum spend. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most countries. See our Shipping & Delivery page for timeframes by region.

Will I pay customs duties?

No. International orders ship Delivered Duty Paid — all import duties and taxes are covered in the price at checkout, so nothing more is charged on delivery.

Returns

What is your return window?

30 days from delivery, provided the item is unworn with tags attached.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover it for faulty or incorrect items. For a change of mind, return shipping is at your expense.

How long does a refund take?

7–10 business days from our receiving the item, plus your bank’s processing time.

Product Care

How should I care for my pieces?

Care instructions are on the label of every garment and in the product description. Silk, lace and hand-embellished pieces should be dry cleaned. Never fold applied floral detail inward when storing.

Can I wash lace at home?

We advise against it. Lace and 3D floral appliqué are delicate; home washing risks distorting the shape and loosening hand-applied detail.
