Currency

Prices are shown in the currency of your region. Vietnamese customers are charged in VND; international customers are charged in USD or their local currency where supported. Your bank may apply a conversion fee on cross-border transactions.

Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment provider. JC de JC does not store your full card details at any point.

Payments are validated by your card issuer before an order is confirmed.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent once payment is authorized. If you do not receive it within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us so we can verify the order.

Invoices

A VAT invoice is available on request for Vietnamese orders. Please email us with your order number and company details within 7 days of purchase.
