Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Items marked pre-order carry an estimated shipping date shown on the product page — please review this before checkout if your order is time-sensitive.
Domestic Delivery — Vietnam
- Complimentary shipping on every order, with no minimum spend
- Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: 1–2 business days
- Other provinces: 2–4 business days
- Tracking details are emailed as soon as your package is shipped
International Delivery
We ship to most regions worldwide with tracked express service.
- United States, Canada: 5–8 business days
- United Kingdom, Europe: 6–10 business days
- Singapore, Australia, New Zealand: 4–7 business days
- Other destinations: 7–14 business days
Delivery estimates begin from shipping, not from the order date. International orders may pass through customs clearance, which can extend these timeframes beyond our control.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are paid by us before your order leaves Vietnam and are included in the price at checkout. There is nothing to pay on delivery.
In the rare case a local carrier charges a handling fee we are not permitted to prepay, send us the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.
If a package is refused on arrival and returned to us, the return shipping and any charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is sent to your email once the package is collected by our courier. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation, write to us and we will resend it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are unable to redirect a package once it has been shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
